I've got the latest version I think but still says update to newer version why also when i switch heating off it switches back on

Works for me most of the time. Log in sometimes slow, or have start from my home, not devices. No great sweat

It barely worked, but today it just stopped working all together. I was logged out, logging back in is impossible as the connection[sic] button has no effect. Closing and restarting, force stopping and restarting didn't help. My only hope now is to uninstall and reinstall. It's also very ropey on the translation to English. Frankly I can't recommend this app, nor the terrible alarm system it accompanies. Edit: In keeping with this app, the issue was in fact that they don't trim trailing whitespace. This is pretty basic stuff, and they can't get it right.

Impossible d'accéder a la box même si connectée au même réseau WiFi, on me demande de créer un compte. Ceci est une perte totale de fonctionnalité, cela est de l'extorsion, c'est inadmissible. A votre manque de compétence en ergonomie logicielle s'ajoute maintenant une direction produit débile. Fuyez cette enterprise aux pratiques douteuses.

Very disappointed with this app. Always have to sign in and then randomly get completely shut out so I have to uninstall, re install and then set up a new password and re register. Very very annoyed

This already wasn't a great app before: Sluggish, with a UX and UI that could be better. But it did the job. The new upgrade looks better, but the programming barely works now. My heaters still somewhat respect the scheduled actions (whether as direct actions or via scenarios), but the shutters don't react: they do if I launch the actions or scenarios manually, but not at all from scheduled triggers. Please fix this! There's 0 use to a "smart" home if it can't even follow a simple plan. UPDATE: Thanks for the update, but that's unrelated to my question or problem. For what it's worth, my problem got sort of better after restarting the control box: the programming is now applied correctly, but there's still hiccups where suddenly the programmed heat changes (ie the temperature at night changes even though it's programmed or manually set for a long time, and it still changes before the next scheduled action).

Sorry but last update is really a step back from previous version in term of user experience. Previously I was able to set blinds at a specific position in a single "click". Now I must do 4 clicks to do it! I don't see the need to force this new UI. Also I have a gray blank square on the upper right corner.

I have used a Tydom 2 system for 3 years. Since the last update, the heating no longer recognises the programmed times and temperatures. I have to physically turn it on and off via the Heating selection.

some events do not update, very disappointed by the products and the app. they seem rushed and not well thought (like the surveillance camera that only allows live feed).
